Delivery

The delivery services we use are:

  • 2nd Class Standard UK Delivery - Delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class post. This service applies to UK deliveries only and takes 2-4 working days.
  • 1st Class UK Delivery - Delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post. This service applies to UK deliveries only and takes 1-2 working days.
  • Courier Nest Day Tracked Service - You will receive a tracking number by email enabling you to track your parcel via the Couriers website. This is a next working day service from dispatch date and excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays: Urgent orders requiring same day dispatch must be placed before Midday. This service applies to Mainland UK deliveries only.  Additional charges will apply for Highlands and Island districts, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Island due to increased courier charges to these areas. Please note: During seasonal busy periods mid-November/December certain UK areas may experience a 48hr delivery, this is outside our control.
  • Drop Ship Deliveries - Some of our Suppliers offer a 'Direct to Customer' delivery service, with goods arriving the next day, Should you wish to use this service which carries a surcharge of £14.95 per supplier, please contact us to discuss your order and whether this service is available for your order.
  • EU Deliveries - Deliveries to the EU are by quotation only and are subject to EU Customs Regulations.

 Delivery costs:

  • FREE UK Standard 2nd Class Delivery on All Orders Over £75.00
  • Standard UK 2nd Class Royal Mail Delivery - £4.50
  • 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery - £5.50
  • Courier Tracked (UK Mainland Only) - £7.50
  • Drop Ship, Direct to Customer from the UK Supplier - £14.95 (Per supplier)
  • Standard EU Delivery - By quotation only

Deliveries to UK addresses:

Non made up products: Items such as DIY favour items and table decor products are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (if your order includes 'made up' favours and / or personalised items, 3 to 5 working days will apply). 

Wedding Sweets Wedding Sweets are usually dispatched within 48hrs and wherever possible the same day, if the order is received before 11am; Personalised Chocolates will take a little longer, up to 48hrs to dispatch. Please Note: During periods of extremely hot weather we avoid wherever possible dispatching chocolate orders on a Friday, to avoid orders being held in distribution hubs over weekends where we cannot guarantee storage temperatures.

Ready Made Wedding Favours & Personalised Items: All personalised and / or ready made wedding favour orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 5 Working days from receipt of order. Larger orders may take longer, please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for orders in excess of 100 favours.

We always try to help with last minute orders where we can. Please call us if you are concerned about a tight delivery time.

All our orders are dispatched in good faith but occasionally Royal Mail or our Couriers get it wrong and items could be delayed or even lost.  We cannot be held responsible for this, as it is out of our control once the orders have been collected from us and are in the control of our delivery agencies. To this end we cannot accept any liability or claim for late or non arrival of orders (fortunately this very rarely happens!).
